How to book the villa
Booking is easy, simply contact us for an accurate quote for your vacation dates and when you decide to book, drop us an Email with the names of your family/group.
We will complete a booking form for you and email it back to you, confirming your booking (dates and price).
Return the signed form, by fax, Email or post with the booking deposit, which is just £150 / $250 per week of stay. Then you can enjoy planning the rest of your fantasic Orlando vacation,
We will contact you around 11 weeks before your arrival date to request the balance of the payment is made within the following week i.e. 10 weeks before your arival. Due with the balance we ask for a refundable 'breakages/security' deposit, which is returned to you around 2 weeks after you have left the villa.
For late or last minute bookings, where the arrival date is within 10 weeks, we ask for the full amount on booking.

United States Immigration
All travellers to the USA should be aware that Non-US passport holders will be required to complete an online form ahead of travelling to the USA. This is easy, free of charge and can be found here;Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). Your Airline or travel agent should give you full details when booking your flights.
