Q. Are there Laundry facilities?
Yes, there is a fully equipped laundry room for your use. We have a large Whirlpool automatic washing machine, a superb dryer, iron and ironing board.
Yes, there is fresh clean bedding already made up for your arrival. We also have spare bedding sets. There are hand and bath towels and separate towels for use in the pool area too. We kindly ask you wash and dry used items throughout your stay.
Q. Where do we pick up the front door keys?
We will provide you the necessary security codes and details of the key and alarm system the week before you arrive. Special arrangements can be made for early/late check-in/departure (depending on adjacent bookings). Please note there is a charge for this option if available – see Rates.
Q. Do have baby/toddler equipment?
We have a new travel cot, high chair and stair-gate. Currently we dont have strollers/buggies but these can be hired locally. For supplies the stores are close by and most of the supermarket have a pharmacy too.
Q. How do I know its a real villa?
Hopefully our web site gives you some degree of confidence and you can also see our villa has some excellent verified reviews on Tripadvisor too.
You can also check using Google maps (see our location page) Also we have a very good reputable local management company who could a provide a reference if needed.
At the end of the day there is an element of trust and as owners we will try and settle any worries or doubts you have – just let us know.
Q. What if we have a problem with the villa?
The villa is maintained to a very high standard and is thoroughly cleaned and checked before your arrival. In the unlikely event something does go wrong, our local management company are located nearby. We provide you with a contact number and they are very capable and happy to assist.
Q. Can I pay by Credit or Debit Card
We can arrange this via PayPal but please note they charge an
extra 3.5% on top which is added to your invoice.
We cannot afford to set up and run credit/debit card processing
ourselves as the cost is significant and would make our rental prices uncompetitive.

Q. Do I need a Visa to visit the USA?
All travelers to the USA should be aware that Non-US passport holders must complete an online form ahead of traveling to the USA. This is easy and applications can be made here ; Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). Link opens in a new window.
Once approved an ESTA lasts up to 2 years.
Your Airline or travel agent should provide you with these details when booking your flights.

Q. When is my Security/Breakages Deposit returned?
Once our Management company have confirmed back to us that everything was OK, we normally return it (Full or Part) by cheque, this can take up to 4 weeks.
