Layout - Room by Room

The private pool is 30 feet long and enjoys a south facing, sunny view over open countryside. You can relax on the sun lounges or enjoy a cool drink after a long day at the parks. We have a BBQ too so you can make the most of the great Florida sunshine.

One of the two master bedrooms leads out onto the pool deck via its on-suite bathroom. Both masters have King sized double beds, LCD TVs, drawers and walk in wardrobe space. There are remote control ceiling fans too.

The three remaining bedrooms contain; a Queen sized bed, two single beds in the Disney themed room and two single beds in the non-themed bedroom. Each bedroom has TV/DVD player dresser or drawers and walk in wardrobe space.

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board

A large informal Family room has two very comfortable sofas and is open plan to the kitchen, dining room and Study areas. It is ideal for relaxing and watching our large screen TV which has Brighthouse cable, stereo sound and DVD player. The patio doors lead out to the pool area, so you see a nice relaxing view from the comfort of the sofas.

The very well equipped modern kitchen has everything included; cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste-disposer, coffee maker, fridge, freezer with built in ice-maker, telephone along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware. A set of plastic plates and cups are available for us in the pool area too. Back towards the family room side there is a nice breakfast bar with bar stools.

Located just of the kitchen and family room our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for 6 people. Just across the hallway is the study room containing 2 sofas, a TV and PS2 with a selection of games. One of the Sofas can be used as a pull out bed if required.

The games room will certainly keep everyone entertained and includes an 8 foot slate-bed pool table, foosball table and dual basketball game along with a bar table and chairs to compliment the movie themed decor.
